*** CYBER ATTACK ***

Our office is aware of the cybersecurity incident which is affecting the AnMed Health System. While we are grateful that our office has been minimally affected, we also share in the disbelief of these attacks and their consequences on patient care. We hope and pray for full restoration as soon as possible.

While our network and electronic medical record (EMR) system are fully operational, our telephones are tied into the AnMed system. Accordingly, we have established two (2) temporary phone lines to allow for patient communication to continue as normal. Those numbers are: 1) 864-314-5820 and 2) 864-940-2523. Our Navigating Care portal continues to function normally for messaging.

There should be no disruption to our services as it relates to office visits and medical treatment/infusions. However, for those patients who need radiation treatment(s), we will help coordinate with AnMed Radiation Oncology for referrals to nearby radiation departments in Upstate SC and Northeast Georgia until radiation services at AnMed can resume.

Our primary goal is to ensure patient care continues as seamlessly as possible until all disruptions have been resolved. We will support AnMed Health during this process as we all endeavor to provider the best care possible for the Anderson community and surrounding areas.
